# How can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

We're currently building an in-app upgrade and downgrade feature. In the meantime, here's how to change your plan.

# Upgrading your plan

You have two options:

### Full upgrade

Go to the [pricing page](https://anymailfinder.com/pricing) and subscribe to the plan you want. This will cancel your current subscription and start a new one.

* You pay the **full price** of the new plan
* Your billing cycle **resets** - your next renewal starts from today
* Your existing credits stay in your balance and you receive new credits from the new plan immediately

### Pro-rated upgrade

If you'd prefer to pay only the difference and **keep your current billing cycle**, reach out to our support team and we'll handle it for you.

* You pay **only the difference** between plans
* Your billing cycle and renewal date **stay the same**
* Existing credits are preserved

# Downgrading your plan

A few days before your current billing cycle ends, go to the [pricing page](https://anymailfinder.com/pricing) and subscribe to the lower plan. This will cancel your current subscription and start a new one immediately.

* You pay the **full price** of the new (lower) plan
* Your billing cycle **resets** - your next renewal starts from today
* Your unused credits **stay in your balance** - downgrading does not reduce them
* You receive new credits from the new plan immediately, at the new (lower) rate going forward

💡 **Tip:** Wait until you're close to the end of your current billing cycle before downgrading, otherwise you lose the remaining days you've already paid for on your current plan.
