You probably already know you can enter a job title and website into https://app.anymailfinder.com to get back their name and email address.
You can also do this in bulk by uploading a file.
Upload a file and get results in bulk
You need a file containing a list of company names or websites.
Add another column and paste in job titles against each row.
Upload to Anymail finder and follow column selection instructions.
Below you can see a list of company names in column A and job titles pasted into column b.
You can add up to 8 comma separated job titles like:
ceo, owner, founder, managing director, president, vp, senior director, head of
They system will look for the first and if not found, the second and so on.
Upload this file and Anymail finder will go look for their name and email address.
