How does credit rollover work?
Unused credits roll over to the next billing period and can accumulate in your account, up to 2× the number of credits included in your plan.
Once you reach this accumulation limit, any additional unused credits will expire.
⚠️ Important: If you cancel your subscription, all unused credits will expire at the end of your current billing cycle.
Credit rollover examples
- 1,000 credits/month plan → you can accumulate up to 2,000 credits
- 12,000 credits/year plan → you can accumulate up to 24,000 credits
What happens if I downgrade?
If you downgrade, your accumulation limit decreases to match your new plan.
Example:
If you downgrade from 1,000 credits/month to 400 credits/month, your new accumulation limit becomes 800 credits at the end of the current billing cycle.
Any credits above this new limit will expire.
What happens if I upgrade?
If you upgrade, your accumulation limit increases to match your new plan.
Example:
If you upgrade from 400 credits/month to 1,000 credits/month, your new accumulation limit becomes 2,000 credits.
Any unused credits in your account will remain and count toward the new limit.
What happens if I cancel?
If you cancel your subscription, all unused credits will expire at the end of your current billing cycle.
