How can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

We're currently building an in-app upgrade and downgrade feature. In the meantime, here's how to change your plan.


Upgrading your plan


You have two options:


Full upgrade


Go to the pricing page and subscribe to the plan you want. This will cancel your current subscription and start a new one.


  • You pay the full price of the new plan
  • Your billing cycle resets - your next renewal starts from today
  • Your existing credits stay in your balance and you receive new credits from the new plan immediately


Pro-rated upgrade


If you'd prefer to pay only the difference and keep your current billing cycle, reach out to our support team and we'll handle it for you.


  • You pay only the difference between plans
  • Your billing cycle and renewal date stay the same
  • Existing credits are preserved


Downgrading your plan


A few days before your current billing cycle ends, go to the pricing page and subscribe to the lower plan. This will cancel your current subscription and start a new one immediately.


  • You pay the full price of the new (lower) plan
  • Your billing cycle resets - your next renewal starts from today
  • Your unused credits stay in your balance - downgrading does not reduce them
  • You receive new credits from the new plan immediately, at the new (lower) rate going forward


💡 Tip: Wait until you're close to the end of your current billing cycle before downgrading, otherwise you lose the remaining days you've already paid for on your current plan.
