No. If you cancel your subscription, all unused credits will expire at the end of your current billing period.
After that date, your credit balance will be reset to 0.

You can continue using any remaining credits until the billing cycle ends.

What if my payment is refunded?

A refund works differently from a cancellation. When a subscription payment is refunded, the subscription is cancelled immediately and your remaining subscription credits are removed at the same time. They do not stay available until the end of the billing period.

If you want to keep using your credits until the period ends, cancel instead of asking for a refund.

What if I resubscribe later?

If you resubscribe after cancelling:

• Your previous credits will not be restored
• Your new subscription will start with the credits included in your new plan

Tip: don't cancel - downgrade instead

• You keep your full credit balance
• You pay less per cycle
• Credits continue to roll over while you're subscribed
