How do credits work?

Anymail Finder charges credits only when a search finds a verified email. If we don't find one, the search is free.

How many credits does each search use?

FIND PERSON EMAIL
1 credit
Find one person's email by name and domain (or company name), or by LinkedIn URL.
Charged: Only if a verified email is found.

FIND COMPANY EMAILS
1 credit for up to 20 emails
Find emails at a company by domain (or company name).
Charged: Only if verified emails are found.

FIND DECISION MAKER EMAIL
2 credits
Find the email of the right person for a role (for example CEO or sales) by domain (or company name).
Charged: Only if a verified email is found.
Why 2 credits: We first identify the right person, then find and verify their email.

VERIFY EMAIL
0.2 credits
Check emails you got from other sources.
Charged: For every check, whatever the result.

These prices are the same wherever you search: single search in the app, bulk, the API, the browser extension and integrations such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Clay or AI assistants.

Verification is included in every search result. Every email we find is verified at the moment you search, so you're never charged extra to verify it and you don't need to run it through the Email Verifier right away. Email addresses go stale over time as people change jobs, so if you send to the same email again after 1 to 2 months, verify it first to make sure it's still valid.

Are repeated searches charged again?

No. Re-running the same search or verification within 30 days is free, whether you use single search, bulk, the API or the browser extension.
