Do I get charged for duplicate searches?

No. Duplicate searches are free for 30 days after the original search.

How duplicates are detected

A search is considered a duplicate if the same input is searched again within 30 days.

Example:

  • "John Doe" at "Acme Inc"
  • Re-running "John Doe" at "Acme Inc" within 30 days

The email result may be the same or different - only the input is used to detect duplicates.

This rule also applies to other search types. For example, if you run a company search, re-running the same company name or domain within 30 days is free.

Does this apply across all search methods?

Yes - you are not charged for duplicate searches across all search methods, including (but not limited to):

  • Bulk searches
  • API requests
  • Browser extension
  • Individual in-app searches

For example, if you run the same input via the API and later via Bulk (or any other method) within 30 days, you're charged only once.
