  • How does credit rollover work?
    Unused credits roll over to the next billing period and can accumulate in your account, up to 2× the number of credits included in your plan.   • How does the 3-day trial work?
    When you're eligible for a trial, you'll see a Start Trial button on the pricing page.   • Do I get charged for duplicate searches?
    No. Duplicate searches are free for 30 days after the original search. How duplicates are detected A search is considered a duplicate if the same input is searched again within 30 days. Example: "John Doe" at "Acme Inc" Re-running "John Doe" at "Acme Inc" within 30 days The email result may be the same or different - only the input is used to detect duplicates.   • Do I keep my credits once my subscription is cancelled?
    No. If you cancel your subscription, all unused credits will expire at the end of your current billing period. After that date, your credit balance will be reset to 0.   • How are credits displayed in the app?
    Your credit balance is shown at the top of the app and looks like this: Credits: 4,999 (+7,359) What do the numbers mean? 4,999: credits from your current billing period (+7,359): rollover credits from previous periods Your total available credits are the sum of both: 12,358 in this example.
